Evan married Rebecca GEORGE [of the Family of George's Hill, Philadephia] ⁴⁰ on 21 Mar 1793 in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, U.S.A..⁴¹ Rebecca was born on 5 Oct 1769,⁴² died from 28 Jul 1841 to 1845 in Bellefonte, Centre County, Pennsylvania³⁸ aged 71, and was buried in Milesburg Cemetery, Milesburg, Centre County, Pennsylvania, U.S.A..³⁹

         ii.  Richard MILES ⁴³ was born about 1795⁴³ and died in 1880⁴³ aged about 85.

        iii.  Mary MILES ⁴⁴ died on 9 Jan 1857.¹⁸ Mary married Hon. John BLANCHARD.⁴⁵

         iv.  Sarah G. MILES ⁴⁶ was born on 23 May 1806⁴⁷ and died on 13 Apr 1844⁴⁷ aged 37. Sarah married General George BUCHANAN,⁴⁸ son of Dr. George BUCHANAN [of Scottish Descent] and Laetitia McKEAN, on 16 May 1833.⁴⁶ George was born on 27 Jul 1796 in Baltimore⁴⁷ and died on 9 Jun 1879⁴⁷ aged 82.

          v.  Clarissa Hannah MILES ⁴⁹ was born on 28 Sep 1808,⁴¹ died in Mar 1857⁵⁰ aged 48, and was buried in Friends' Cemetery, Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, U.S.A..¹⁸ Clarissa married Abraham Sharpless VALENTINE [Inventor - Ore-Washing Machine for Mining],⁴⁹ son of Robert VALENTINE [of Irish & English descent] and Ann BOND, in 1824.³⁷ Abraham was born from about 1794 to 1795,⁵¹ died on 29 Aug 1862⁵¹ aged about 67, and was buried in Friends' Cemetery, Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, U.S.A..¹⁸
